Compact band-pass electromechanical filter

Abstract

A comparison is presented between the characteristics of the proposed compact electromechanical filter in monolithic design and filters produced by Rockwell Collins. The constructions of the compared electromechanical filters and their amplitude-frequency responses are shown. It is demonstrated that the design of the compact filter, while providing high selectivity, increases the product’s resistance to mechanical impacts and reduces its volume by an order of magnitude.
