Abstract

It is proposed to increase the informativeness of radiophysical means for global Earth monitoring from space through the combined use of side-looking radar in the 3‑cm band and scanning radiometers in the 3‑ and 8‑mm bands. The features of the technical implementation of the onboard equipment and the main characteristics of the proposed complex are presented.
