Abstract

The paper presents a review and systematization of materials on the techniques and technologies for the production of millimeter-wave systems. It examines microwave engineering elements (lines, transitions, connectors, switches, attenuators, phase shifters, and filters) as well as components of converter devices (generators, multipliers, mixers, amplifiers, including cryoelectronic ones).
