Abstract

The paper presents the results of developing a multichannel radiometer for the “Zir” radiovision system. The radiometer is designed using a superheterodyne scheme with double frequency conversion and provides signal reception in two frequency sub-bands — 86–93 GHz and 93–100 GHz. Each sub-band contains 16 receiving channels. The device has been implemented in two design variants, ensuring fluctuation sensitivity (with an integration time constant of 1 s) of 0.2 and 0.05 K/√Hz.
