Abstract
The possibility of effective modeling of complex devices for various branches of the radio-electronic industry using foreign and domestic (Minsk Research Instruments-Production Institute) equipment is demonstrated. The effectiveness of using modeling is shown on the example of a sync video processor microcircuit for a 7th-generation TV (ILA8842), which is manufactured according to submicron design rules (0.8 μm) and is a complex digital-analog integrated device containing 60,000 elements.
