Abstract

An analysis is provided of the characteristics and features of on-board radio navigation and landing equipment for 4th-generation aircraft developed and mass-produced in Ukraine, and its comparison with the best foreign counterparts of similar purpose is carried out. The main elements of the reviewed systems are detailed—the ILS-85 and VOR-85 on-board receivers, which meet the requirements of the ARINC 700 series international recommendations.
