Device for contactless measurement of electroconductivity of semiconductors

The ways of modifications of the conventional techniques and devices for measurement of electroconductivity of semiconductor materials are considered. The structural scheme of the device implementing differential measurements and one-channel processing of the measured signal is represented. Functioning both separate blocks and the device as a whole is described.
